Call for Paris 2024 Session Proposals - Closed

On behalf of the IOLC Planning Committee, we are pleased to announce the call for session proposals for IOLC Paris 2024 is now closed. Thank you very much for your submission.

Session Proposal Guidelines:

45-Minute Presentation:

  • Two (2) Speakers - Two 15-minute presentations and a 10-minute Q&A period

  • Three (3) Speakers - Three 12-minute presentations and a 9-minute Q&A period.

Speaker Guidelines:

  • Please submit a session proposal based on a topic applicable to an international audience.

  • Must be an in-person presentation for all speakers

  • Sessions are not commercial for any products/services

  • We strongly encourage panelists to have no more than 15 slides to ensure a timely start and finish to each presentation.

  • Speakers receive a complimentary conference registration. IOLC provides no financial assistance for airfare, travel, or hotel.

  • Proposals must be submitted via the form to be considered. All proposals must be completed by 22 March 2024 (Proposals received after this date will not be considered)
